We want you to love your device so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to hear about it.

 

Refurbished Devices come with a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee (As New, Excellent, Good and Fair Grades only)

If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your device please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number along with instructions on how to ship your device back to us. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an exchange or refund.

- We will not accept a returned device that is iCloud or Google locked. If your device is account locked you will receive a notification from us to remove the lock. The device will be returned if still locked after 5 business days

- Please ensure your device is factory reset and powered off prior to shipment

- IMEI will be validated against the IMEI shipped. Returns will not be accepted on mismatched IMEI’s

Brand New device come with a 30 day Change of Mind policy

If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you change your mind regarding the purchase of your Brand New device please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number along with instructions on how to ship your device back to us.

- A restocking fee of 20% will be charged if the package has been opened or damaged

- The device must be returned in the original package, accessories included

Shipping

We work hard to pack your item to you as fast as we can and all orders are shipped FREE using DHL courier – deliveries typically arrive within 1-3 business days from dispatch.

Please note, DHL is unable to deliver to a Post Box as a signature is required. Tracking for your order will be emailed at the time your order is dispatched. For our mutual protection, all orders will require a signature upon delivery. All delivery times quoted are estimates, not guarantees as we have no control over delays caused by our preferred delivery service. 

 

Warranty 

The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Green Gadgets. In the event that goods sold are deficient or faulty, the retailer has the obligation to repair, replace or refund.

All Green Gadgets Brand New products are supported by a 24 Month Manufacturer Warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product (excluding any physical or liquid damage). 

Our Green Gadgets Refurbished products are supported by a Green Gadgets 6 or 12 month warranty – please refer to the listing description for confirmation. 

Prior to returning a device for warranty, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number along with instructions on how to ship your item back to us. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate a repair, refund or replacement.

- Please refer to the item description to verify the length of warranty offered

- The assessment process may take up to 7 working days

 

Green Gadgets Warranty is void in the below instances:

- Cracked screen or physically damaged

- Water damage

- Software that has been tampered with

- Unauthorised repairs (3rd party repairs)

- Customer has failed to take reasonable steps to avoid the quality becoming unacceptable

- Customer has used the product abnormally
