30 Day Change of Mind – Brand New products
We want you to love your Brand New device, so if at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you Change your Mind, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number along with instructions on how to ship your device back to us. Once received and inspected, subject to our Terms & Conditions, we’ll organise it for you.
Please note there will by a 20% restocking fee on all Brand New device change of mind returns if the package has been opened or damaged.
Warranty
Brand New Devices are covered by a 24 Month Manufacturer Warranty, excluding water or liquid damage.
