We want you to love your Brand New device, so if at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you Change your Mind, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number along with instructions on how to ship your device back to us. Once received and inspected, subject to our Terms & Conditions, we'll organise it for you. Please note there will by a 20% restocking fee and postage is paid by the buyer.

We work hard to ship your item to you as fast as we can, so all orders placed before 2pm on any business day will be dispatched on the same business day! We ship everything FREE using Australian Post, Post so if you're within the postcode range you'll have your delivery the following business day. All orders placed after 2pm or on any non-business day will be dispatched on the following business day.
Tracking for your order will emailed at the time your order is dispatched.
For our mutual protection, all orders will require a signature upon delivery. All delivery times quoted are estimates, not guarantees.
